16 months old today!

Hi all!

I just wrote this on azis blog and thought you might also want to read it!

Oh my goodness!

I can't believe you have been in this world for 16 months! In some ways it feels like time has flown and in other ways it feels like you have always been in this family!

I also can't believe (unlike zaz ) that this is the first time I am writing about who you are @ this moment - sorry!!!! I should have done @ least 3 posts like this by now!

Azi ... Wow!!! You keep us on our toes!!!! At the moment you are quite a feisty little being and certainly let us know if you don't like something!

You don't like it when somebody takes something from you (even if you are holding something at the shop and we need to give it to the till person to scan) ... You don't like it when your sister takes a toy away from you (even if it is her cellphone) ... And you don't like it when dad says no ...

You are going on a roller coaster of being happy @ day care to play etc and then out of the blue - you want to stay with anne (or if @ Nachas day cafe - with granny) on her hip all day!!!

You are very lucky to have 3 mommies who love you very much!!! Me, auntie Cas and granny Rona (actually I think you spend more time with granny rona than with your mom) ... You get totally excited when Cas or granny walk through the door! You have special little things you do with each of them ... Cuddles, kisses and manicures with Cas, and the funny face! And licking the coffee cup, exploring the drawers and drinking beetroot juice with gran (and loads more) ...

Since you started walking properly about 2 weeks ago you are much happier and want to walk EVERYWHERE! You love pushing the big pram (that you are supposed to be sitting in), you love walking around the flat and picking up different things and taking them to another room!!! You love carrying heavy objects all around the house - like water bottles!

You love cell phones! You hold onto any cell phone for ages! Wondering all over with them! And pressing the button to hear Siri and moving things across the screen!

You love bathing, you love being out of the house and smiling @ strangers (you don't like it when strangers come into your house or try to touch you) ... You LOVE food - any food - olives, spicy Thai or Indian food, beetroot ... You love eating food that others are eating (hence your nickname - scavi - short for scavenger) ... You love sitting on the kitchen counter and helping mom or gran in the kitchen (tasting all the food) ... You love sitting on the dining room table and eating! You love mommys breasts!!!

Already you are a big chatterbox and jabber jabber away in your own high pitched language!

You adore zaria and spend hours staring @ her! You love when she gives you attention and plays with you ... (But you don't like when she picks You up and carries you! It hurts your tummy)

Azi - we all love you and all your little cute expressions to bits!!!
