After taking a glass lift down, we had dinner at a super chilled and delicious place - overlooking Lisbon!
Scallops might be my new fav fish!
(I'm not sure if I'll be swimming back to Malta after all the fish I have eaten ... or rolling back after all the bread, cheese and dessert I have eaten)
Ps: a tiny open plan kitchen with 3 chefs and a Thermomix produces food for over 35 tables
